Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of Vercel Managed subscription services. We strive to be fair and transparent in our refund practices while maintaining a sustainable service for all our clients.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- When you cancel, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all services until your current billing period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a monthly billing period
We recommend canceling at least a few days before your renewal date to ensure you are not charged for another month.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Pro-rated refunds are available for unused months upon request
- Refund calculations are based on full months remaining in your subscription
- Any discounts applied to your annual plan will be factored into the refund calculation
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Refund Calculation Example
If you paid $240 for an annual plan and cancel after 4 months, your refund would be calculated as: ($240 / 12 months) x 8 remaining months = $160 refund.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Send an email to support@vercelmanaged.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for cancellation (optional)
- For annual plans, indicate if you are requesting a pro-rated refund
- You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 2 business days
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
5. Effect of Cancellation
When your subscription is cancelled:
- Continued Access: You will retain full access to your account and hosted sites until the end of your current billing period
- Data Preservation: Your deployed websites and data will remain accessible during this period
- After Period Ends: Your sites will be taken offline and may be removed from our servers
- Data Export: We recommend downloading any important data before your access ends
Important: After your subscription ends, your websites will no longer be accessible to visitors. We retain backup data for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:
- Account termination due to Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with third-party services outside our control
- Service issues caused by user error or misconfiguration

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, or if you have concerns about a charge, please contact us at support@vercelmanaged.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
